Her leadership is further shaped by her personal journey navigating educational and employment barriers, successfully transitioning from Social Security Disability benefits to executive leadership, and using those experiences to advocate for systemic change and opportunity for others.
Through her leadership, advocacy, and mentorship, Jen continues to inspire families, professionals, and communities to rethink support services and embrace a future where individuals of all abilities are welcomed, respected, and empowered to live life Evermore.
Outside of her professional mission, Jen finds joy and inspiration through hiking, building Legos, traveling, and spending time with her golden retrievers, Rose and Bella, and her wife, Andrea.
